1. Service Description

Attentionful provides AI-powered coaching for productivity, focus, and wellness. Our service includes:

• AI coaching conversations
• Educational content and articles
• Productivity tools and strategies

Attentionful is not a medical service. Please review our Medical Disclaimer for important limitations.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Attentionful
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person per account; account sharing is not permitted

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• You can resubscribe at any time

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
• Share harmful, abusive, or harassing content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or extract the AI model
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Use automated systems to excessively access the service

5. Intellectual Property

The Attentionful service, including its design, code, content, and AI systems, is owned by Attentionful and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the coaching service.

6. Privacy

Your use of Attentionful is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimers

Service Availability

We strive to keep Attentionful available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

AI Limitations

The AI coach may occasionally provide inaccurate or unhelpful responses. Use your judgment and consult professionals for important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attentionful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
